You acknowledge that participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, bodily injury, illness, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Grounded NWA, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your participation in activities at our facility, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct. You also confirm that you are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any medical condition that would prevent your safe participation in our activities.
