Grounded is focused on providing a one-stop-shop for building a healthy lifestyle. We are the perfect oasis for all things movement, mindfulness, and community, so our bodies can promote healing from within. Through the customer’s choice of personal 1v1 training, group classes, or both we are bringing a new style of fitness to Northwest Arkansas. Our biggest difference? We focus on strength training, while providing an array of different class styles for all levels.

We are focused on forging a community of women that want to feel empowered moving their bodies and finding what “GROUNDS” them.

Madison Lantzsch

Fitness trainer and food enthusiast

From collegiate basketball player, to now health coach and personal trainer, Madison has found and leaned into her true calling of helping women like you live a more physically and mentally grounded life. 

Madison started GROUNDED trying to create a safe space to find HEALTHY/SAFE movement in her own body, mind, and spirit, after a troubling season of unhealthy eating/exercise habits. NOW… her mission is for EVERY woman to find the same FREEDOM she did in, movement that GROUNDS them!

Come try our infrared heating panels

The GROUNDED gym is equipped with infrared heating panels, which is unique to the weightlifting space. This type of heat is very different that the heat you think of when you step into a humid sauna. The air in the studio is not thick, but rather the infrared heat warms your muscles from the inside, keeping humidity low, increasing blood circulation (which is essential for muscle growth), and improves the body’s ability to handle chronic stress. The benefits of this type of exposure are endless for all bodies of all ages. Adding it in with exercise is the perfect recipe for joint protection, muscle elongation, and intense detoxification through sweat!
