We focus on strength training, while providing an array of different class styles for all levels.
1:1 Personal training
A personal trainer is for women who are ready to take the next step in their movement JOURNEYS. Having a coach guide you with proper form, technique, and mindset, will accelerate your goals and overall fitness foundation.Â
At GROUNDED, we emphasize personal training because it gives you the safest space to truly find how you move, and the areas of fitness you want to progress in. Plus its so dang fun!
1-hour, Infrared-gym all to yourself, with a certified personal trainer on a mission to help find what grounds you.
$65/HOUR
Small Group Training
This option is for women desiring the same level of personal attention from a trainer but with a splash of community.
It is desirable for small groups to have similar goals, but is not required. Group size is 2-4 people.
This option is one of grounded’s sweet spots. The focus is consistent, intentional time with friends or soon-to-be, DOUBLE-DUTY accountability, and a workout tailored to each of your goals. Not to mention, the FRIENDLY-competition that pushes women past their limiting beliefs.

Madison Lantzsch
Madison is the CEO/Founder of Grounded, and is a personal trainer and group fitness leader at the Bentonville location. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has been personal training for 3 years. With over 15 years of weightlifting experience and journey as a collegiate athlete, fitness is her specialty.
She loves working with women of all ages and body types, but especially has a heart for women who are fearful or have anxiety around exercise and going to the gym. Her desire is to create a safe space for women to learn to enjoy how their body moves, learn proper form, and accelerate them in their individual health, strength, and aesthetic goals.

Morgan is a personal trainer at the Springdale location, and group class leader at the Bentonville location.
With her certification through the American Council of Exercise (ACE), Morgan is equppied to train women of all age ranges, body types, and fitness goals. Her passion is for helping pre/post natal moms regain their confidence and take steps to become the healthiest version of themselves, but loves training anyone no matter their goals. With 5+ years of experience in all different areas of the fitness world, she is one of Grounded’s greatest additions to our team!
There will be bad weeks, and unexpected life events that come up and try to derail you from your goals. My expectation is that we stick together through the celebrations and the rough patches all the same. There is no shame or judgment in this space, but rather a place for you to feel safe to deeper explore your mind, soul, and body and talk through the obstacles that might be holding you back in your health. As your coach, I’m on your team and there is often way more to learn and grow through on the hard weeks, than the ones that feel like a breeze.
INFRARED HEAT BABY! And no–don’t think Sauna! You’ll find hot yoga studios all over, but Grounded is the sole Weight-Training Gym in the area that provides infrared heat. It heats up the muscles from the inside out, creating the perfect recipe for sweat, detox, and body transformation. It's also our mission to educate our clients and help them build knowledge that stays with them, instead of relying on a coach for everything. In the beginning it's a learning process and we walk hand-in-hand, but our goal is that there will come a point where you don't NEED us anymore, but love it so much you never want to leave! The hope is you will be able to walk into the grocery store or gym, and feel grounded in your choices and plan of action!
