Grounded is focused on providing a WOMEN-ONLY, safe haven for building a healthy lifestyle. We provide the perfect oasis for all things movement, mindfulness, and nutrition so our bodies can promote healing from within. Through the customer’s choice of personal 1v1 training, group classes, or both we are bringing a new style of fitness to Northwest Arkansas and ONLINE.
Our biggest difference?
We focus on strength training and yoga, while providing an array of class styles for the expert to the novice. The classes are designed for all levels of fitness and intense workouts always provide modifications for beginners to our exercise community.
The gym/studio is also equipped with infrared heating panels, which is unique to the weightlifting space. This type of heat is very different that the heat you think of when you step into a humid sauna. The air in the studio is not thick, but rather the infrared heat warms your muscles from the inside, keeping humidity low, increasing blood circulation (which is essential for muscle growth), weight loss, prevention of injury, and overall improves the body’s ability to handle chronic stress. The benefits of this type of exposure are endless for all bodies of all ages. Adding it in with exercise is the perfect recipe for joint protection, muscle elongation, and intense detoxification through sweat!
We are focused on forging a community of women that want to feel empowered moving their bodies and learn safe, proper-form, for movements that feel right for them. We will always push you, but never at the extent of your joint health, or over-exertion. We want this to be an open and safe space for learning and growth.
Meet the Founder
As an ex-collegiate basketball player, I can’t remember a time I wasn’t in the weight room, lacing up my running shoes, or engaging in healthy movement. Graduation came and went, and I quickly realized my entire identity had been built on sports. I no longer knew who I was, and when I stopped bouncing that orange ball, I stopped moving my body, and fueling it too. DROWNING in the corporate world after college, I quickly realized I didn’t want a career as a financial advisor either, but what the heck was I to do? What did I even like to do? How could I ever own my own business or work for myself?
Through a lot of prayer, I kept being led back to fitness and food–ironically, the part of life I felt like a total failure in since leaving athletics in 2020. It’s when I had the light bulb moment, that it’s what makes me feel truly alive, that I was ready to face my fear. Less than a year in, I left my 8-5 job and began my journey of becoming a personal trainer & ultimately a gym-owner. Three years later, what once was an impossible thought–has now bloomed into my deepest calling in life. I started GROUNDED trying to create a safe space for WOMEN to find healthy movement in their own body, mind, and spirit, because I know what its like to feel stuck. NOW… my mission is for EVERY woman to find freedom in what GROUNDS them!

She’s a big foodie and loves spending time with her two girls and husband. Her passion is for helping pre/post natal moms regain their confidence and take steps to become the healthiest version of themselves. With 5+ years of experince in all different areas of the fitness world, Morgan is fully equipped to serve the women of Grounded!
